The five days training program included education on the overall goals, missions, vision, objectives and the labour laws governing the Quality Control Company Limited. The rest of the induction program was for the recruits to interact with respective Departmental Heads (HOD) and a walk through their respective job schedules, Department’s roles and mandates
The Acting Managing Director (Nana M. A. Karkari) in his address advised the recruit to work hard to support the industry with their fresh ideas in order to maintain the current quality standards QCC is noted for or helping to improve it.
He further stressed and urge the new staff to use the training opportunity to mould stronger fraternity among each other, to create a friendly atmosphere for good cooperation.
